• HR support services as agreed in writing

• Comply with labor, employment, and non-discrimination laws.
• Make final hiring decisions independently.

3. Candidate Obligations

• Provide truthful professional and personal information.
• Attend interviews in good faith.
• Refrain from misrepresentation.

4. No Warranty or Performance Guarantee

TheCark Global does not warrant candidate performance, retention, suitability, or employer satisfaction beyond initial recruitment support.

5. Confidentiality

All information exchanged is treated as confidential and used strictly for recruitment and consulting purposes, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Fees

Any applicable fees shall be governed by separate written agreements or proposals.

7. Amendments

Service Conditions may be updated to reflect regulatory, operational, or policy changes.
